Rolab Return Policy

How to Return

You may return your hoverboard to our facility within 60-days from purchase date. You many only return goods once we have accepted your return via email. If you choose to return the device without requesting a return, your device may be misplaced or lost.

Returned hoverboards must be accompanied with a return form inside the retail packaging, returned forms can be requested via email. The return form is designed to help our engineers to identify the customer parcel and identify the reason for return.

60 Day – Unused Goods Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 60-days from the date of order. If 60 days have gone by since the order date, we can’t offer you a refund. Goods must be unused.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all parts originally included. Hoverboards with a removed holographic label are not eligible for exchange.

If item(s) appear used, Rolab withholds the right to reject such returned products. Any signs of use will result in the item(s) being rejected. Used condition includes cosmetic and mechanical damage. Units with missing parts may also be rejected, alternatively a fee (£10-40) per missing item may be applied.

Rejected returns will stay in our warehouse waiting for the customer to arrange a courier service to collect the device. Alternatively, we can return the device to you – this will incur a £15 shipping fee.

14 Days – Faulty & Used Goods Return Policy

If there is a fault with the device you have bought from us, you may return the goods for a replacement or full refund. You must report this to us within 14 days of receipt, you will then have a further 14 days to return the faulty goods. If the faulty goods are not reported within 14 days, then we are unable to accept a return for refund or replacement. The goods can then only be repaired under the 1-year warranty that Rolab offers. All delivery costs are covered by Rolab.

 

Return Shipping

If requested Rolab will offer a prepaid label for returning the goods. If you choose to use a different shipping method, this will be non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, this process usually takes 5-7 days.

1-Year Warranty

If any fault develops with your Rolab hoverboard we will repair the device free of charge. This warranty is active for 1-year from the purchase date.

Submitting a Return Request

In order to submit your request, email [email protected] requesting for a return form, to speed up the return service, add a detailed explanation of the reason for return. Please allow for 72 hours for a response.
