If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

Changes to Rolab Site
We may update our site in future and may change the content, description or prices of goods. However please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.
We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.
We accept payment by debit and credit card only.
We take great care packaging every item in bubble wrapped parcels with fragile labels attached. We post by express 24-hour delivery free of charge for all orders within the United Kingdom. Delivery is via UPS or Yodel courier services, however, we can offer other postage if requested before sale. When ordering before 4:00 PM expect your parcel the following morning! We cannot confirm a 100% 24-hour delivery rate, and therefore the buyer should understand that postage may be longer. If you are unavailable the postman will leave an attempted delivery card with instructions of how to rearrange or collect your parcel. A signature is required upon receipt. Our return policy for unwanted, unused goods lasts 60 days, please contact us directly via the sites message system, we will email a required return form to you, the form speeds up the return process as we can instantly identify the parcel. The returned goods must be sold condition with all accessories and packaging present. Return postage is non-refundable. A refund upon item inspection will be issued to the direct debit/credit card used upon checkout. Please view our return policy page for more information.
If there is a fault with the device you have bought from us, you may return the goods for a replacement of full refund. You must report this to us within 14 days of receipt, you will then have a further 14 days to return the faulty goods. If the faulty goods are not reported within 14 days, then we are unable to accept a return for refund or replacement. The goods can then only be repaired under the 1-year warranty that Rolab offers. All delivery costs are covered by Rolab.
All of our units are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If your device does develop a fault after 1 year please contact us to arrange a repair or replacement. Tampered, altered or purposely damaged devices are not eligible for warranty claim. Please view our warranty page for more information.

Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement
To Rolab, its proprietors and all associated owners, (Collectively and hereinafter referred to as Rolab), from whom I purchase Rolab equipment described on the Invoice of Purchase and their respective stockholders, owners, employees, agents, representatives, dealers, distributors and associates: I assume all risk associated with the use of the Rolab board equipment purchased, loaned, given, traded, received, as I understand that using the product, as with all extreme sports, carries an inherent risk of personal injury, property damage or death (Collectively and hereinafter referred to as Rolab). By purchasing the equipment, I agree to accept all possible known and unknown Rolab; associated with using the equipment. I agree, to the fullest extent of the law, to indemnify and hold harmless and to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Rolab; resulting from the use of the equipment. I agree to the fullest extent of the law to Release, Indemnify and Hold Harmless Rolab from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, death or expense that I or my next of kin may suffer as a result of my use of the equipment, due to any cause or reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, any negligence or breach of contract in the manufacturing, assembling, design, maintenance, selection, sale, adjustment, modification of the skateboard equipment. In the event of my incapacitation or death, this Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my next of kin, relatives, heirs, executors, assigns, administrators, and representatives. In entering this Agreement, I am not relying on any oral or written representation other than what has been set forth above in this Agreement. I have read and understood this Agreement and I am aware that by purchasing from Rolab; I am agreeing to all aspects of this Agreement and that by doing so, I may be waiving certain rights, including the right to sue Rolab, its associated directors, employees, partners and/or the distributor.
User Safety & Legal Responsibility
To avoid or reduce the possibility of injury, user’s should read and adhere to the user manual. Always wear protective gear when riding the Rolab hoverboard. This may include but not limited to; helmet, elbow guards and knee guards. Users should only operate the hoverboard on personal land, it is illegal to operate the hoverboard on public land, pavements, parks and roads.
