Rolab Hoverboard Warranty Policy
All of our products come with a 1-year retail warranty. The warranty is only available to the original owner/s. The warranty can’t be passed or transferred to another or second user.
The warranty period is twelve (12) months and commences on the original date of purchase. Your dated sales or delivery receipt, showing the date of the purchase of the product, is your proof of purchase date. You may be required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service. Claims under this warranty must be made within the twelve (12) months warranty period.
The warranty covers only electrical manufacturing defects.
Our hoverkarts are also covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. The kart wheels and straps are not covered by the warranty as damage to these will be caused by wear and tear.
Christmas Extended Warranty
However, for all products ordered as Christmas presents, we’re offering an extended Christmas warranty. That means that your warranty will only begin from the 25th of December and last one whole year!
You don’t even have to do anything to include the warranty in your order – all purchases between 1st October 2019 and 25th December 2019 automatically qualify for the extended warranty – just remember to keep the electronic receipt safe!
